Hazard descriptionThe product poses a high risk of fire as the plug face does not conform to the dimensional requirements of BS 1363 and will not make a secure connection with the socket. The fuse also does not contain a ballast and is counterfeit. In the event of a surge in power, the plug may overheat and/or explode. The product also poses a risk of electric shock as metal tongs are provided for removal of toast.
