| Hazard description | The product presents a serious risk of electric shock as the plug face does not meet the dimensional requirements of BS 1363. The plug pins are too close to the plug periphery. This means it is possible for the consumer to touch the live pins and to receive an electric shock while plugging in or unplugging the product. The product also requires improvement to labelling, documentation and instructions. |
