Defect	A transmission fault may cause the vehicle to accidentally go into a false neutral position and move forward unexpectedly. In some cases, the sensor may show the vehicle is in “neutral” even though a gear is engaged. This means the vehicle could start moving when shifted into Drive (D) or Reverse (R), even without pressing the accelerator. This could cause injuries.
