Defect	Due to ongoing product monitoring, BYD have identified an issue regarding the spare wheel lifter assembly on a range of SHARK 6 vehicles produced between the 29th of August 2024 through to the 15th of June 2026 For involved vehicles, BYD have identified that in certain circumstances incorrect installation of the spare wheel, incorrect positioning of the spare wheel tray or insufficient fastening torque may cause abnormal wear of the spare wheel support cable.
