Defect	In the axle tubes of double-tire forklifts, due to inappropriate quality control methods, some have low machining precision of the fitting surface. As a result, due to repeated acceleration/deceleration and turning, the fitting retention force of the tube decreases, causing it to detach from the tube assembly. In the worst case, there is a risk of the vehicle becoming inoperable.
