Defect	Issue: On a small number of motorhomes, the propane tank may not have been installed correctly. As a result, no remote shut-off valve was installed, and the tank may not be properly secured. If the tank were to become loose, it could detach. Safety Risk: If there is a propane leak and there is no remote shut-off valve, there could be an increased risk of a fire or explosion. Additionally, a propane tank that detaches from the motorhome could create a road hazard for others and increase the risk of a crash.
