Defect	Issue: On one RV trailer, the propane hose for the outdoor cooktop may not have been secured correctly. As a result, the cooktop can be stowed away with the propane hose still attached, and the burner(s) turned on. Safety Risk: An outdoor cooktop that is stowed away with the burner turned on could create a fire risk. Corrective Actions: Forest River will notify the owner by mail and advise them to take their RV trailer to a dealership to secure the propane line.
