DefectIn the driver's seat, due to insufficient design consideration of the seat suspension, if the seat is raised while the battery terminals are disconnected, the suspension may remain locked and not release, making it impossible to adjust the seat height. Therefore, if use continues as is, due to vehicle driving vibrations, etc., the suspension lock may unintentionally release, causing the seat surface to rise, and there is a risk that the suspension lock function will no longer work.

RemedyFor all vehicles, add a solenoid shut-off valve and a solenoid shut-off valve control ECU to the driver's seat air circuit, replace the nuts at the ratchet gear fastening part with new ones, and apply a loosening prevention agent. In addition, inspect the suspension lock function, and if there is a problem with the function, replace the entire seat suspension with a countermeasure part.
