DefectRegarding the detachable portable batteries installed in electric motorcycles, due to improper management of the battery cell's exterior processing and incorrect setting of the electrode layer's outer diameter, cracks may occur in the cell exterior due to residual stress from processing and stress from electrode layer expansion, leading to electrolyte leakage. As a result, there is a risk of charging failure due to a drop in cell voltage, or a short circuit caused by metal precipitation from the leaked electrolyte, which in the worst case, could lead to the cell igniting and causing a fire.
