| Defect | Due to a manufacturing defect, the gear shift shaft may have been incorrectly welded. As a result, the rider may be unable to change gears leading to a loss of motive power whilst riding. Inability to change gears and a loss of motive power whilst riding could increase the risk of an accident and injury or death to rider(s) and other road users. |
| Remedy | Owners of affected motorcycles will be contacted by Mojo Motorcycles. Owners can also contact their nearest authorised CFMOTO service centre to have the gear shift shaft replaced, free of charge. |
