DefectDue to a manufacturing defect, the gear shift shaft may have been incorrectly welded. As a result, the rider may be unable to change gears leading to a loss of motive power whilst riding. Inability to change gears and a loss of motive power whilst riding could increase the risk of an accident and injury or death to rider(s) and other road users.
RemedyOwners of affected motorcycles will be contacted by Mojo Motorcycles. Owners can also contact their nearest authorised CFMOTO service centre to have the gear shift shaft replaced, free of charge.
