| Defect | Due to a manufacturing issue, the elbow fitting from the rear spring brake valve to the forward drive axle may not have been tightened to the sufficient torque and could become loose. This may cause unintended brake application whilst driving. A sudden unintended stop whilst driving, could increase the risk of an accident, causing injury or death to vehicle occupants and other road users. |
