| Defect | Due to a manufacturing defect, the top seal in the steering bevel unit is susceptible to water and dust ingress. As a result, the steering may become notchy and potentially lock whilst driving. If the steering locks whilst driving, it could increase the risk of an accident causing injury or death to vehicle occupants and other road user. |
| Remedy | Owners of affected vehicles can contact Offroad Trucks Australia Head Office to book the vehicle in for rectification at an authorised repair centre, free of charge. |
