| Defect | Due to a software issue, the rear-view camera may not display the rear-view image whilst reversing as intended. If the rear-view camera does not operate as intended while reversing the vehicle, it could increase the risk of an accident causing serious injury or death to persons located behind the vehicle. |
| Remedy | Owners of affected vehicles will be contacted in writing requesting they make an appointment with their Authorised Ford Dealer to have their vehicle rectified, free of charge. |
