A loss of braking performance could increase the risk of an accident causing injury or death to vehicle occupants and/or other road users. |
| Remedy | Owners of affected vehicles will be contacted and can perform an Over the Air (OTA) software update. This will download the updated software to the vehicle rectifying the concern, please contact Volvo if you require any further information regarding the defect._x000D_ If the owner is unable to do an OTA software update they can take their vehicle to an authorised Volvo dealer to get it done, free of charge |
