| Defect | Due to a manufacturing issue, under certain driving conditions the upper triple clamp that secures_x000D_ the handlebar may fracture. This could lead to a loss of vehicle control whilst riding. A loss of vehicle control whilst riding could increase the risk of an accident causing injury or death to_x000D_ rider, passenger and/or other road users. |
| Remedy | Once parts become available, owners of affected vehicles will be contacted by Harley-Davidson_x000D_ asking them to schedule an appointment to have a new upper triple clamp installed on their_x000D_ motorcycle, free of charge. |
