| Defect | Due to a manufacturing defect, the axle mounting brackets may fracture. If this occurs, it could lead to a loss of vehicle stability and control whilst driving. A loss of stability and control whilst driving, increases the risk of an accident causing injury or death to vehicle occupants and other road users. |
| Remedy | AMH Products will contact affected vehicle owners in writing requesting that they make an appointment to have axle mount repaired, free of charge._x000D_ Alternatively, please call AMH Products directly on 1800 497 017 for further assistance. |
