DefectThis recall is for certain all-weather floor liners that were installed before delivery or sold as a dealer accessory._x000D_ On certain vehicles, the accelerator pedal could get stuck under the floor liner. If this happens, the vehicle may not slow down when you release the accelerator pedal._x000D_ A stuck accelerator pedal could cause an unintended acceleration and increase the risk of a crash.

RemedyTo reduce the safety risk, General Motors advises you to check for interference with the accelerator pedal and to remove the driver's all-weather floor liner until the recall repairs have been completed. General Motors will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to inspect and, if necessary, modify and/or reimburse the driver's all-weather floor liner.
