Defect	Issue: On certain buses, the screws that secure the bicycle rack to the front of the bus may be too short. As a result, the bicycle rack could loosen and detach. Safety Risk: A bicycle rack that detaches from the bus while driving could create a road hazard for others and increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Nova Bus will notify owners by mail and provide you with instructions on how to secure the bicycle rack with the correct screws.
