Defect	On certain vehicles converted for wheelchair access by BraunAbility, the occupant restraint tie-down pucks may not have been tightened properly. As a result, the tie-down pucks could become loose and detach in a crash._x000D_ Tie-down pucks that detach in a crash could increase the risk of injury.
