Defect	On certain vehicles, the wrong instrument panel cluster may have been installed during production. As a result, the brake system malfunction and parking brake indicators would display as text instead of symbols. Canadian regulations require certain symbols to be used._x000D_ Note: This recall only affects vehicles equipped with a 3.5-inch instrument panel cluster._x000D_ Incorrect indicators could create confusion and increase the risk of a crash.
