Defect	On certain vehicles, a software problem could cause the pedestrian warning system not to work properly. Canadian regulations require electric vehicles to make sounds at certain levels when operating at low speeds._x000D_ A pedestrian warning system that doesn't work properly could create confusion and increase the risk of injury for other road users.
