Defect	On certain fire trucks, the ladder lock handle may not have been assembled properly. As a result, the handle could become loose and detach from the ladder lock. If this happens, the ladder(s) could fall from the vehicle._x000D_ A ladder that falls from a vehicle could create a road hazard for others and increase the risk of a crash.
