Defect	On certain trailers, the rear impact guard may not have been welded properly to the frame. As a result, the rear impact guard may not work properly in a crash._x000D_ A rear impact guard that doesn't work properly could cause a vehicle to underride the trailer and increase the risk of injuries.

Remedy	Lode King will notify owners by mail and provide you with instructions for how to inspect and, if necessary, weld the rear impact guard to the frame. Alternatively, you may schedule an appointment to have the inspection and repairs performed at a Lode King dealership.
