| Defect | In the Automated Manual Transmission (AMT), due to inappropriate brush material in the oil pump drive motor, the brushes may expand under high temperature and high humidity conditions, leading to poor sliding. If use continues in this state, in the worst case, the brushes may seize, causing the motor to stop operating due to poor conductivity, which could illuminate the warning light and lead to inability to shift gears and loss of propulsion. |
| Component | Transmission (AMT Actuator) |
| Remedy | Inspect the actuator on all vehicles, and if it is an affected actuator, replace the oil pump drive motor with an improved part. |
