Defect	Regarding the work lights installed at the rear of refuse trucks, due to insufficient design review, cracks may occur in the mounting bracket due to vibrations during driving. Consequently, if use continues in this state, the bracket may break and the work light may fall off, potentially obstructing other traffic.

Remedy	All vehicles will have the bracket replaced with a countermeasure bracket.
