| Defect | Due to insufficient work instructions for the power harness of the engine oil preheating device, some terminals may not have been properly insulated. As a result, heat generated during power transmission could carbonize the insulation material, leading to dielectric breakdown. In the worst case, this could result in a short circuit and fire. |
