DefectIn the device designed to prevent the dump arm from lifting during container loading/unloading operations of vehicles equipped with a container detachment/attachment system, due to insufficient design verification, manufacturing management, and inspection process confirmation, some units have insufficient clearance between the stopper and the lock pin. As a result, the device may be damaged during dumping operations, and if use continues in this condition, in the worst case, the component may detach while driving, potentially obstructing traffic.
ComponentLift prevention device (stopper, lock pin)
RemedyFor all vehicles, replace the lift prevention device with a countermeasure part. Additionally, inspect the arm lock bracket, add a slip prevention plate to those with elongated holes, and confirm the tightening of the lock nuts.
