| Defect | In the high-voltage device circuit, due to inappropriate design of the high-voltage relay (sub-junction box), the connector terminals may abnormally overheat, leading to melting damage of the terminal section. As a result, the insulation resistance may decrease, causing the EV system warning light to illuminate, and the fail-safe function to activate, stopping the output of the drive motor, which could lead to the vehicle becoming inoperable.
