DefectIn the suspension system of wheel cranes, due to improper tightening of the mounting bolts for the upper torque rod and lateral rod, some are not tightened to the specified torque. If use continues in this state, the upper torque rod mounting bolts may loosen and break, causing the upper torque rod to detach from the axle, which may lead to axle looseness (abnormal noise) during driving.
ComponentSuspension system (torque rod mounting bolts)
RemedyAll vehicles will have the tightening of the upper torque rod and lateral rod mounting bolts inspected. If the tightening torque is insufficient, the bolts will be replaced with new ones and tightened to the specified torque.
