DefectIn the bushings, which are components of the engine fan for radiator cooling in engine-powered forklifts, some have insufficient crimping due to improper setting of equipment conditions configured for each production lot. As a result, abnormal noise occurs when the fan slides, and if use is continued in that state, the bushing may break, causing the fan to detach, the engine may overheat, and in the worst case, the engine may be damaged.
