Defect	In the rear combination lamp, due to improper work instructions, the desiccant inside the lamp may not be affixed in the correct position. As a result, the desiccant, expanded by moisture, interferes with the circuit board, causing a short circuit and wire breakage, which may lead to the rear turn signal lamp flashing rapidly, intermittently, or failing to illuminate.
