Defect	In the headrests of the second-row left and right seats, due to an improper manufacturing process, some folding mechanisms may not operate correctly. As a result, when returning the seatback from a folded position, the headrest may not be securely fixed in the correct position, potentially failing to comply with safety standards.

Remedy	For all affected vehicles, inspect the folding mechanism of the headrest, and for those that cannot be securely fixed in the correct position, replace the headrest with a good one.
