Defect	With the introduction of Euro 6c, environmental regulations were strengthened, and lead-free bearings were installed in the crankshaft lower bearings of MAN D26 engines. If the lead-free bearings are severely contaminated by dust and foreign matter, the bearings may seize, leading to a recall due to the possibility of fire.

Remedy	Replace with improved main bearings. For some vehicles, the action has already been completed at MAN Truck & Bus Korea service centers nationwide, so an additional visit to a service center for this work may not be necessary.
