DefectDue to a design error in the rear camera wiring path, the wiring of the rear camera connector may be damaged by movement and vibration during operation. Over time, this damage can lead to the rear camera display image becoming blurry, distorted, multi-colored, or not displaying at all (which may not comply with U.S. Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard FMVSS 111 s.5.5 "Rear Visibility").

Remedy1. Check the rear camera's operating status. - If the rear camera wiring is not damaged, attach protective tape and correct the wiring path. - If the rear camera wiring is damaged, replace the rear camera, then attach protective tape and correct the wiring path.
