| Defect | In some vehicles, the push rod connecting the brake pedal and booster may not have been tightened to the correct torque due to an error in the supplier's part assembly process, which could lead to phenomena such as noise and unstable pedal operation. If the physical connection between the brake pedal and booster is disengaged, braking using the brake pedal becomes impossible, increasing the risk of an accident. (However, braking using the Automatic Emergency Braking (AEB) system and electronic parking brake function is still possible). |
