DefectThe mounting bracket that secures the rear suspension adjuster to the vehicle may break. In such a case, the adjuster may detach from its fixed position and come into contact with the rear tire located beneath it. This can cause abnormal wear on the rear tire, potentially leading to a loss of tire pressure while driving, increasing the risk of a collision, hence a recall.
ComponentBody/Chassis - Other
RemedyReinforce the rear suspension adjuster bracket and additionally install a recall kit on the adjuster bracket to prevent the rear suspension adjuster from detaching towards the tire even if it comes loose from its position.
