Defect	The possibility of bearing damage due to foreign matter generated during the manufacturing process of the connecting rod or the manufacturing quality of the crankshaft has been confirmed, and if the engine is damaged, precursor symptoms such as abnormal engine noise, engine warning light or high engine RPM, abnormal gear shifting, power reduction, and inability to restart may occur. If the engine is damaged, loss of propulsion and engine stall may occur while driving, which may increase the risk of collision and compromise safety, leading to a recall.

Remedy	After engine diagnosis, engine repair or replacement will be performed. Regardless of the diagnosis result, the warranty period for this issue will be extended from the original 3 years or 60,000 km to 10 years or 240,000 km. 1. If no problem is found during diagnosis: Replace with high-viscosity engine oil with excellent wear resistance, replace engine oil cap, provide guide on using high-viscosity engine oil. 2. If a problem is found during diagnosis: Engine replacement.
