DefectDue to a manufacturing error in the high-voltage battery cell module, the anode and cathode plates within the high-voltage battery cell module may not be properly aligned. In such cases, a short circuit may occur inside the high-voltage battery cell module, and thermal runaway could lead to a vehicle fire, prompting a recall.
