DefectAs a result of an internal quality investigation, a manufacturing defect was found in the driver's airbag inflator. Due to a defect in parts related to the airbag inflator, when the vehicle is exposed to high temperature and high humidity areas for a long period, the compressed gas propellant inside the airbag inflator may deform. This leads to a recall due to the possibility that, in extremely rare cases during an accident, the airbag may deploy abnormally, causing injury to the driver and front passenger.
