DefectDue to a manufacturing process error in the high-voltage battery cell module, the pressure plate of the high-voltage battery cell module frame may have been compressed beyond the allowed pressure and welded to the side plate. In such a case, over time, the weld seam between the pressure plate and the side plate of the high-voltage battery cell module frame may break, leading to misalignment between high-voltage battery cells, which could cause the high voltage to be cut off without prior warning, and there is a confirmed possibility of fire, leading to this recall.
