DefectWhen the JLR approved diagnostic equipment is connected to the vehicle, the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) incorrectly reports Mode 6 diagnostic monitoring test result data as zero for the Diesel Oxidation Catalyst monitor Lean NOx Trap (LNT). It is a regulatory requirement for this functionality to work correctly. All other monitors report correctly.
RemedyWe are requesting that the owner contact their nearest retailer/authorized repairer as soon as possible to arrange for the repair to be completed.
