DefectThis recall is related to a potential issue with the vehicle’s High-voltage Battery Management System (″BMS″), specifically the software logic responsible for monitoring cell voltage fluctuations while the vehicle is parked._x000D_ _x000D_ Hyundai Motor Company has identified that, under certain conditions, the current BMS software may not detect these voltage fluctuations. In very rare situations, this could increase the risk of a thermal event involving the high‑voltage battery.
