DefectNissan North America, Inc. (Nissan) is recalling certain 2025 Armada, Murano, and 2025-2026 Infiniti QX80 vehicles. A software error may occur in the In-Vehicle Infotainment (IVI) system at vehicle startup, resulting in the rearview camera image not displaying when the vehicle is shifted into reverse. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 111, "Rear Visibility."_x000D_ A rearview image that does not display reduces the driver's view behind the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.
