| Defect | The adjusting rod used to operate the vehicle jack is of incorrect specification and may not function as intended. There is no safety hazard and the defect will not affect the performance of the vehicle._x000D_ Vehicles may not be compliant with the Australian Standard AS 2693-2007 and the jack cannot be used for wheel removal. |
