DefectDue to a manufacturing defect, the wheel lug nuts may not have been tightened sufficiently and could become loose. As a result, the wheel may detach from the brush chipper whilst being towed. If the wheel detaches from the brush chipper whilst being towed, this will result in a loss of stability and control, increasing the risk of an accident and serious injury or death to the vehicle occupants and other road users.
