DefectDue to an assembly defect, the vehicle number plate may be positioned above the maximum height allowed under Australian Design Rule (ADR) 48/00 - Devices for Illumination of Rear Registration Plates. There is no safety hazard associated with this recall and the defect will not affect the performance of the vehicle._x000D_ Vehicles are not compliant with ADR 48/00 - Devices for Illumination of Rear Registration Plates.
RemedyOwners of affected vehicles should contact Elross Caravans manufacturing to make an appointment to have the number plate relocated, free of charge._x000D_ Note: Should owners not be able to present the Van directly to Elross, a kit can to be sent to the owner to be installed by a qualified repairer or Auto Electrician.
