DefectDue to a manufacturing defect, in vehicles fitted with a dual control system the electrical terminals to the dual control relay may not operate as intended. If this occurs, it may lead to a loss of throttle pedal and head lamp functionality resulting in a loss of vehicle control and poor visibility. A loss of vehicle control and/or poor visibility will increase the risk of an accident causing serious injury or death to vehicle occupants and other road users.
RemedyOwners of affected vehicles can contact their nearest authorised Isuzu truck dealer service department to arrange to have the recall carried out, free of charge.
