| Defect | Due to a software issue, the headlamp low/high beam may not have been adjusted according to specifications. As a result, the headlamps could cause excessive glare to oncoming traffic or other road users. Excessive glare to oncoming traffic could increase the risk of an accident causing injury or death to vehicle occupants or other road users. |
