Defect	On certain vehicles, a software problem could cause the front turn signals to be the wrong colour when the vehicle is parked and the hazard lights are turned on. As a result, the vehicles may not meet certain requirements of Canadian regulations._x000D_ Hazard lights that are the wrong colour could create confusion for others and increase the risk of a crash.
