DefectOn a small number of brush chipper trailers, the bolts securing the axle to the trailer may not have been tightened properly. As a result, the bolts could loosen and cause the axle to separate from the trailer. If this happens, there could be a loss of control._x000D_ A loss of control could increase the risk of a crash. Additionally, an axle that detaches from the trailer could create a road hazard for others and increase the risk of a crash.
